Return & Refund Policy
Our Policy
We want you to love your Ambar Style order. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and shapewear can only be returned if the hygiene liner/seal is intact and unremoved. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at hey@ambarstyle.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey@ambarstyle.store with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
